Strategic Operations

The following workshops are designed for operational leaders and support specialists to stabilize and improve operations. As the regional role is the central piece in the system it supports, our workshops revolve around it: beginning with the Regional Position, it then extends to include the concepts and individuals most closely connected. From a 2-hour refinement to a 5-day boot camp and anything in between, our interactive workshops are held in-market, promote critical thinking, and are designed with the current market in mind.

Regional Position

Learn how to transform from maintaining operations as a property manager to stabilizing and improving operations as a regional.

  • This is a succession planning workshop to prepare those interested in the role of regional manager.

    • Understand the role differences between property manager and regional manager.

    • Discover how to overcome common pitfalls and barriers preventing the transformation.

    • Experience a day in the life of a regional in a realistic case simulation.

    • Identify skill gaps and create a plan to prepare for upcoming opportunities.

    • Dismantle common barriers that impede efforts to improve and stabilize operations.

    • Differentiate work by value and reduce time spent on low-value tasks.

    • Understand how the gaps between on-site roles creates points of failure through a case simulation.

This session varies in time depending on the participants.

  • We take steps to advance the knowledge gained in the previous session to elevate people, productivity, and performance.

    • Explore solutions and overcome common barriers.

    • Identify ways to shape schedules to free up time for high-value priorities.

    • Support the constraint with proven theories and harmonized workflow.

    • Locate single point failures to reduce pressures during periods of high turnover.

    • Drive innovation with non-traditional approaches and maximize improvement time.

Requires previous participation in Regional Position 02.

This session varies in time depending on the participants.
